Beef Ball Tips
Fabrication Process:
Our premium
Beef Ball Tips are sourced from USDA Prime, Choice, and Select graded beef. These cuts are meticulously prepared following the NAMP Code 185B guidelines for Beef Loin, Bottom Sirloin Butt, Boneless. The Ball Tips are crafted from specific muscles, including the vastus medialis, vastus lateralis, and rectus femoris, ensuring high-quality, tender meat from the bottom sirloin butt.
The boneless Ball Tip is expertly separated from the tri-tip and the flap along the natural seam, providing a clean, uniform cut. Rest assured, all bones, cartilage, and external skin tissue are carefully excluded to maintain the best quality product for your kitchen.
