Fabrication Process
The Beef Tongues are a cleaned and washed product collected from the head portion of the animal. The processing procedures include thorough rinsing and cleaning of the tongues. Afterwards, the item is racked from chilling. After chilling, the item is vacuum packed. Skin shall remain intact.
